One good question: Is it safe to use a razor blade on a car window? Yes, if you know how to use it properly. Just make sure the blade is clean and, then use it at an angle. Do not use a razor on any other part of the car. It is normal that the stickers doesn’t come off in the first try, in these occasions, just add a little bit more of the cleaner product, let it sit for a little, and try to remove it again and repeat this process all the necessary.
